I asked a pro. computer worker (my friend) why my computer was running slow and he said bc memory taken up like previously visited websites,ect.How do i clear these?

Open up Internet explorer. Go to "Tools" -->"Internet Options"
Under the "General" tab you'll see a section called "Browsing History" there will be a button that says "Delete" press it and you're done!

In Internet explore go to
Tools - Internet Options,
Under the General Tab click Delete cookies - OK, then Delete files, select delete all offline content, then clear history.

If you are talking about the history on where u go on the internet explorer u go to the internet explorer and open the tools button at the top and click on internet options and go under the tab general and look at browsing history and go under delete and choose delete all.
