Since he didn't prove me that he ended his relationship with his employee. He said that she left the company, and dumped him. One nigth, he called me very depressed and tearful. At first, I didn't want even to listen to him, but he almost crying asked, me to be compassionate and just listened to him.
we had some very good conversations. For sometime things went fine. The third time he asked to come back, I said yes but under the conditon that he will respect me as his wife, being completely honest, and open with me. he agreed, but I felt that was not a 100% sincere. Eventhoug I came back. for a while things were OK, but last week I started noticing a change on him. he mentioned that he had to travel and I asked him about details. about when he would come back, I asked him about that and he said don't worry. (???) I asked him again, who's gonna pick you up and he said the same, don't worry. I got pretty upset, but he didn't discuss further deatail and just walked away.

I came home early that day and I noticed that he left his laptop on. There was an IM from his ex employee( and which he had a relationship) about a date, prior to him leaving, but she refused since her husband/boyfriend was already back in town.I didn't say anything to him. Later when he was packing, I noticed that he grabbed his divorce file( that was cancelled) and put it inside his suit case. I dropped him off at the airport, but he forgot his cell in the car. I checked about his calls, and text messages. They are seeing each other, still, but I guess they tried to be careful about it. What I would do, since I don't have money to reopen my case with my lawyer, not for moving out? If i go with his divorce petition,( california) he won't get me a dime. I found more papers at home. He has collections, he's in preforeclosure and so much more. I don't know if pretend to know nothing and start getting help for this situation, so I would have some advantage, please suggestions!!!!

I guess you didn't learn your lesson the first two times. What's it going to take to make you realize that he lies and cheats, and doesn't take you or your marriage seriously.

Shame on you now; he's proven what he is, and you're still there.

Dump him-people don't change without drastic consequences. Show him something drastic and definite. It may not benefit you-but the next woman will be thankful.

I really don't understand your question, but if you asked your husband to be honest, and he is not, then maybe this is just not the relationship for you.

You laid down the law....

Brutally honest and open communication.

He broke the law....

Kick him out again... Without trust there is no relationship.

Good luck.
