When my husband & I owned our business our friend who own an office machine store would come & fix the copier when it broke. (It was one of those fancy schmany ones that did everything except make a cup of coffee).
We sold our business & I have a copier/printer in my home office that I can fix up real good with the tap of a hammer.

We were using the one down stairs until someone took it. I guess the answer to your question has to be the crook that took it.
