Do you mean blood parrots?

Angels would suffer at the hands of the parrot cichlids (pronounced sick-lids). Especially since the blood parrots have been in the tank for a while. All cichlids are territorial and any newcomers will be chased away. With nowhere to go, the angels will be picked on relentlessly until they stop eating and start hanging in the upper corners of the tank to die.

Personally, I would get rid of the parrots and get 6-8 nice young angels. With a group like that, you would probably end up with a breeding pair in about 6 months to a year.

They would probably all get along okay, those fish are (usually) pretty peaceful. I'm just concerned you may not have enough space after a while. Eventually you'll want to move at least one of your two blood (parrot?) cichlids into a larger tank. If you absolutely have to keep two fish in your 30 gallon long-term, I'd go with 2 angels.

Your tank is too small for the fish you have already, when you consider how big blood parrots can get. Just leave it as it is. It would be feasable if you had a tank of 75 gallons or more (though still not recommended).

Do you mean Blood Parrot Cichlids? If so then yes Angelfish are a good pairing. I would make sure that you arrange your tank so that they can have their own places to set territories. Also Watch them at feeding time. Parrots aren't' the best at competing for food. Make sure they are getting enough to eat.
