please help. i have this constant nausea feeling from wake to bed time.. it doesnt go away.. i constantly feel like crap...havent had morning sickness just this constant feeling of nausea... please anyone with tips...

eat a couple of saltines. worked for me!

Saltines made me gag. So I found that baby carrots helped me alot...carried a bag with me every where and nibbled away. Also plain graham crackers were better...and gingerale became my friends.

my Doctor prescribed bonadoxina for me and the results were great.he said it wouldn't harm the baby and get through does first 4 months much easier

for when it is triggered by smells, put VICS under your nose
eat soda crackers for naseau as well as ginger ale or ginger tea

I know they said its bad for you but honestly I drank coke, it helped alot for me.

At motherhood maternity they have what they call preggy pops...They are a god sent!!!
