There is a fuse that is for the DRL and it will be indicated on it either on the fuse panel or the cover that goes over it. If there is no fuse marked for it, it is probably there but is called something different. If that is the case, you will need to get the manual to see where power is obtained for it. At times power is robbed from different fuses to supply other things on the car, so if you pull the fuse and then something else quits you will have to disconnect the power at the DRL module or something simialar to achieve what you want.

There's a relay in the fuse box under the hood that says DRL. Remove it, and you won't have the daytime running lights anymore. You really should consider leaving it in. Why would DRLs bother you so much. They are a worthwhile safety feature that greatly increases your visibility on the road, especially if you are coming out of a shaded area into bright sunlight. This is why motorcycles have had DRLs for so long.

Find the fuse and remove it.
Or, find the main live wire and put your own switch in it....I imagine you need the lights to pass inspections etc. In UK we have the MoT test, every year a car must pass it (Apart from new ones which get a 3 year waiver). Does US have similar thing?
