Question

Three people are at the dinner table. Mom, Dad, and Son. Mom says "What ever your Dad says is False." Dad replys, "Whatever your Mom says is True."

Who is telling the Lie? Explain.

Both it is Simple If whatever dad says is false then He is lying so that means what ever mom says is false to because if dad lyed then Mom always says things that are false!

I think they both are, because the mom says whatever the dad said is false so the dad said the mom is telling the truth.So if mom is telling the truth then dad's sayings is false,so it can't be the truth since what he says is false."Whatever mom says is true" is false.So it makes them both liars.
Kinda confusing but it all makes sense in my mind,can't explain it in words... lol

Mom is lying.

She says that whatever your Dad says is False.
Dad says that whatever Mom says is true because she is speaking to him not their son. Dad replies to Mom not the son.

The catch is that the son takes no part in the conversation.
