I love Reading!!!?

I seriously love reading. I want to know if anyone else has a passion for reading and why you love reading.

I LOVE reading.
I cannot even believe that there are people who hate to read.
I love reading because it is fun to be able to slip away into different worlds where anything can happen.

It's the best escape there is, right?

I love it because for the short time it takes me to read a book (I'm a super-fast reader) I'm not here. I'm transported somewhere else. I'm in the book. I am the main character.

I always have problems because I think I over-sympathize with the characters. It is not uncommon to see me crying my eyes out because of some injustice that occurred in the book I'm reading at the time. =)

And Dominus is right on - I hate moving just because books are a pain in the *** to move because they're so heavy!!! There aren't enough bookshelves in my house. Every room has books on damn-near every surface. =)

I love to read too..... I need to read at least something everyday. I am not sure why I love to but it is an addiction..... I work full time and am a single mother so I can only get in a few minutes reading here and there and at night after the little one is in bed but I go through several books a week... I just can't help myself.

I'm the definition of bibliophile. I love to read and collect books. Any spare time I have is spent with the printed word. I love getting lost in a good book.

omg. i am a bookaholic! my friends make fun of me all the time like "gosh, you are always reading!" and stuff like that but it's tru. i do love to read and that's apparently not normal for teenagers or something? anyways, i love to read because i can choose a book and then be whoever i want to be in that book. i'll read any Tamora Pierce books i can get my hands on. and i'm currently reading Beka Cooper: Terrier by Tamora Pierce and Feeling Sorry for Celia by Jaclyn Moriarty. they are both fantastic books! i have been reading to be somebody else and to go other places for as long as i can remember. my dad hooked me on sci-fi books and i really like adventure novels. if you ever want to discuss books just email me: [e-mail]!

i never liked reading. especially for school. then i got a job at the library and got into reading for the fun of it. i would read on the train ride to and from work. now i moved away and need to find a library and join it. i have not read a book since February. I'm sooo bored.

i love reading b/c whenever i start a new book it is like making new friends that was kinda cheesy wasnt it :)

I LOVE reading.
I love it because, you can just get away from the world when you read a book. It's like you can just live a whole other life, without actually doing so.

i LOVE to read to. Why, well i have honestiy no idea. I guess because it gives me something other than the teachers to concentrate on. all i need is a desk to hide the book under and a friend to tell me the answer when i'm called on!

OH I do! Ever since I was a little girl. It was my escape. Books are better than movies, because I can imagine the people and surroundings how I want them to be.
