Okay last night I had two very strange dreams and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. They are a little long so bare with me.

#1: I was in the woods walking at night with a friend of mine, and we came across this really big, muddy creek. Of course we had to cross it so we jumped onto a big pile of mud, then swam the rest of the way. When I got onto the mudpile, I got stuck, we saw several animals pass by, two dogs, a cat, and ducks. Then there was a mountain lion, but when he jumped he got stuck on the tree, so I jumped off the mudpile into the water and he jumped in after me. I grabbed his mouth and held him until the game warden came with my friend, then I woke up.

#2 I was in the woods, again, and this man thought I saw him do something so he walked with me into the woods and he was going to kill me, also my mom was there and she was going to go with us but changed her mind and the man was going to kill her and me as well while we were in the woods. But I got away and

I was warning my family that he was trying to kill me while we were in the woods.

So I guess my question is why am I having dreams about dying in the woods? I didn't watch any scary movies yesterday either.

Okay, let's see if I got this...
"In the woods, at night, with a friend," that you dreamed of this twice means that you are in the middle of a big problem or series of problems, and each tree represents something immovable or something you can't change to help you solve your problem, so you have to thread your way through these immovable problems to get anywhere.
The muddy river is a point in your situation where you have to deal with something very unpleasant, you don't want to deal with it but you have to, so you 'jump in' and deal with it.
The dogs are your supposedly loyal friends who also might be involved in this problem (like coworkers or friends at school) who will not help you with your problem or situation. The ducks are friends or bystanders who will not or are useless in helping you with your situation.
The mountain lion is your fear of the inherent danger of your ultimate decision on what to do about this problem. I'm guessing you made a decision that came back to hurt you, but by grabbing the lion's mouth, it means you were able to at least successfully silence one of your worst critics in this situation.
And the game warden is the resolution of successfully silencing at least one of your critics.
The man in the second dream is someone who may be the cause of all of these problems in the first place, and you are closer to recognizing who is causing your problem and that person does not want you to find them being the one in the wrong, and is trying to hurt you. Maybe not actually kill you, but may be talking evil about you behind your back, or trying to ruin you and your reputation.
Your mom in the dream means you have been trying to protect her from all of this so far. She knows a little about what has been going on, but hasn't been able to help you very much with this problem and ultimately you've been glad she has kept out of it.
I am guessing you are having some problems either at work or school, and you don't want your mom to get involved. But her presence may be a key to your assistance. Your woods mean you are in a confusing situation, so you may want to be on the lookout for a clear path. You may have already done so much to solve this problem, and are getting on the right track so far. You need to confront the source of these problems, and deal with that person or persons. When you at least deal with the source, no matter how scary that can be, you have at least tried to fight this problem as much as you could, knowing you tried gives you more power to change this dream for the better.
Good luck in conquering this situation!

Dreams represent your anxities and fears in symbolic form, so think up how ppl and effects come in your dreams. Don't think too much of it though. Tomorrow you'll have different dreams.
