well technically if u were rich u could pay to look beautiful, but in a plastic fake way........and if ur beautiful but poor.. welll some wonderful handsom millionere might find u and make u his wife, so ill take the beautiful and poor!!! x

I guess rich but ugly. There are a lot of people who would never be considered beautiful but have enough money to have various surgeries to make themselves more attractive. Unless, of course, you're talking about inner beauty and ugliness. Then, I'd much rather be poor but beautiful.
