for example if i had looked at something on the internet, would you be able to see that if you transfered from one hard drive to the next? and do you see all the files being transfered onto the new hard drive? because i got a virus on my computer from a game and i have someone fixing it but i dont want them to see all the things that are on it, so is tehre any way to make sure that they do not see that?

if i have a virus, and the computer keeps shutting off when trying to start it, all the information that i had on it before.. can it be seen by the person transfering the information?

1. If you gave them your computer to work on, and they are technically competent, they can see whatever they want to see, if it is still on the computer. However, if you are paying them, they don't have time to go snooping any further than their diagnostics take them. The bad news is that, if you are infected, then the diagnostics could take them to look at your web browsing in great depth.
2. If you do not allow someone to see everything on your disk, they may be unable to fix your computer.
3. IF there's an infection, they will attempt to eliminate all the infection. The tools used will identify the infection and the files affected. That may be all they look at. They may or may not destroy all the cookies and internet history on the old disk. In any event, they most likely would NOT transfer that content to a new hard drive. But you haven't explained why there is a 'transfer' from one disk to another. Are you assuming that? Or did they tell you they would swap out the hard drive(s)?

Well you need to clean all files you dont want transferred. Like temporary internet files, history files etc. You can do that from a browser window or from disk cleanup.

You should also clear all temporary folders etc.

yes if u open any site in internet that you can see in you first hard drive not in next and you can't see what r the file you ransfered from one hard drive to the next .
