For me, I try to read books as often as I can. We are in the IT age but that doesn't mean all the time. Read books that interest you. Real books and not e-books. Find a nice spot, buy some coffee, relax and read.

Technology and the internet are rapidly becoming a part of most people's everyday lives. I would never stop using it.

if you wanna stop the pc addiction i got a great news for ya ...you can't.
But if you really want it just make your pc explode...use firecrackers!!
