Check with Porter paints. They have a very in-expensive stain that you apply with a garden sprayer. They have lots of colors, and you can blend them too. Non-toxic also. Works great. Try it on a small area first to make sure you like the outcome. It's permanent!

Believe it or not standard masonry color powder or liquid available at a masonry supply, Home Depot or Lowe's will give color to an already cured concrete surface.
You must power wash it first and then let it dry..completely dry.. and on a hot day mix some up and put it in a garden pump sprayer and spray it on the color will "soak in" immediately. this will give it a slight color change but it only "stains" the very top surface. I have done this on steps and a small patio at my old house and it held up quite well.

You can also use regular old lawn fertilizer with a high Iron content in it. If you read the bag instructions its will say "caution will stain concrete and masonry surfaces" this will give you a random iron-oxide finish thats pretty nice actually. Same process almost, clean well let dry apply fertilizer as you would on your lawn mist with water (fine mist) till the granules are activated (several times during the day) let it sit till you see the color then hose it off completely.

You can also make a stronger stain by mixing the powdered mix mention above with a muriatic acid solution (water and acid at about 10-20% acid) and applying with the sprayer..

All low cost "alternatives" to buying a commercial grade concrete stain (which if you do it yourself really isn't that much anyway). Staining is the best solution paint ALWAYS fails, even if it says "for masonry" especially for a driveway it will not last long.

the true answer is no ..you can buy concrete paint ..but it is only suitable for garage floors ..and its not frost proof ..and it would be dangerous on a driveway as it would be very slippery ..and i have never seen or heard of a product that can stain a concrete drive and still looks good

Yup!

You can get concrete floor paint!

Or concrete dye that you mix into wet cement/concrete and put a thin layer on top!

I would recommend staining your driveway instead of painting it. You can get special concrete stain in a wide variety of colors.

Paint would be fine on a garage floor, but I wouldn't use it on a driveway.

Masonry paint is certainly available but not sure if there is such a thing as dye for the job.
Best wishes, Mike.

You can use concrete paint to accomplish this. It comes in a variety of colors. My favorite colors are the slate colored paint and the terracotta.

Yes. Home Depot and Lowes carries it. Most hardware stores too. But you can also go online.
