I saw someone mentioning this, here, some days ago. It never occurred to me that anyone could be upset by that! I love when people give stars to my questions, even if they don't answer them!

I do star questions that I don't answer, because I don't have a good answer for it, or the time to write a decent answer, but I like the question. And, in some cases, I know one of my friends will like that question, so I star it for them to see and, if they wish, answer it.

How do you feel about this?

Thank you for your answer! :) Have a wonderful day! :)

No
BUT sometimes I am excited that you answered only to see you didn't.
Lol
Thank you for asking.

It doesn't bother me at all and I sometimes star questions but don't answer for the same reasons as you...because I don't have a good answer or because I wanted to ask the same question (so I don't know the answer). You have a wonderful day too :)

I do that too, leave a star and not an answer. Usually because someone already left the answer I was going to leave and why should it be left twice? I leave the star because I either think it is an interesting question (which most times they are) and I want to return to see the other answers that were left.

So, there's your answer and here's your star!

Enjoy your day!

That wouldn't bother me... in fact, I'd like it if more people starred my questions, lol. Starring a question without answering it is a lot better than answering a question with a "I don't know" or "That is a good question".

No. I did have to "encourage" one of my sweetest friends to get back in the game and start answering again though. She was wilting away becoming only a star fairy . . .

Not at all.
If i find a question interesting and that i do not have any answer for it , i will "star" it .
