I have both honestly.
My big dreams involve my girls and the major challenges I'd like to accomplish in my life personally and professionally.
Challenging goals are important for that to be accomplished and achieved. Nothing is gained easily or without effort.
The small dreams, ah, those are just precious daily wishes and small joys I find along the way that keep me smiling and thankful! :)

I dream BIG! i want things that people think are impossible, but one day I will get them. You can believe that! If you believe, have faith, and want something bad enough. You WILL get it. May not be when you want, but you will get it eventually.lol

I dream big, but not ridiculously so -- except for that lotto fantasy of mine... I tend to be sensible with my requests for myself.
