Girls with mustaches aren't part of a unique race. People with buck teeth are not a part of a unique race. Therefore, it is not racism.
If you want an avatar of a mustachioed girl with buckteeth, yahoo DOES allow you to use pictures from other sources.

Racist means to discriminate against color, not personal features like teeth or hair. I don't think they have avatars that are hairy faced women or with buck teeth, though. Even if they did, and I had buck teeth, I wouldn't give my avatar that feature.

It's not racist unless bucktoothedness is a race. Which it is not. So while it might be descriminatory, it is not racism.
Always important to know what a word means before you try to impress people with it.
