Most likely if you did not enter such a lottery, you cannot win such a lottery. Chalk it up to a scam and go on about your daily business. If I were to have won all the "winning notifications" I have received I would be a billionaire by now.

You haven't won anything. Its called SPAM. Where people email random email addresses and those who reply confirm that the email address exists and thus will be receipient to many more such emails.
Do NOT reply to it. On yahoo, you can report SPAM at the top of the Email, by viewing your inbox and Selecting the email and clicking SPAM at the top.

If you don't know then you have been staring at spam mail that will rip you off if you try and follow it up. They'll probably tell you to get your winnings you need to send them money.
