What's really wrong with this is that she thinks she won't get a STD from oral sex with another woman. As for not wanting to have a relationship; could be understandable, but is really a question of individual morals. Personally I don't believe in sleeping with someone you have no feelings for.

This is only right if she is honest with the women. If she's just a player, I'd have to know more about her and her situation to make a judgment, but it sounds like she is hurting people for her own pleasure. She probably won't catch diseases (though it is possible), but she may need to tone things down for her relationship's sake and for her own mental health.

In this culture, and in many for that matter, the sexual encounter is considered to be best if enjoyed monogamously.
whether it is right or wrong is for your friend to decide for herself, and not your place to tell her. You may want to inform her tho, oral sex can indeed transmit disease states.
