Bary Bonds is in the game, just under a different name. You have two choices. Either go to the Giants and rename him, or go online and download the rosters that are usable for offline play. If you notice, many teams have very popular names of players changed, and most use the same initials. Look for Dice-K on the red sox, it's like Dennis Miles or something. Same thing for their japanese reliever H.Okajima, it's like Henry Owens. They all have the right stats, ie age, and stuff, but different names. Roger Clemens is even on the free agent, same initials, but different name...you'll see who it is, and he is actually black in the game. But like I said, if you download the rosters from online, that will all change.

Look for a player-character named "Joe Young" - because Barry isn't a member of the MLB Players Association, he isn't officially in any games. However, most game publishers will put a fake player with Bonds's stats into the game, and "Joe Young" is the name used in 2K7.

You can go to the Giants and change Joe Young's name to Barry Bonds, Kei Igawa isn't the Yankees starter's name, Roger Clemens isn't the name of the guy in the game, neither is Daisuke Matsuzaka. But in MLB 07 they have every name right except for Dice-K's and I don't even think Barry Bonds is in the game under any name.

Just create him and then send him down to Low A-ball just to show him who's boss.

You don't. That prick wouldn't allow ERA the rights. Another reason he deserves an asterick.
