ME!!!! I'm the boss.
Well only cuz we own a business together and I have to take care of all that crap by myself, and he does the hard labor, I do everything else. So basically I'm the boss because we work out of our home and I have the say in what work he does when, and who he does it for. lol If I find a bad customer, I wont let him do the work, no sense of us going broke over a useless customer who wont pay anyways. :)
But yeah I'm the boss. I gotta tell the kids they're naughty cuz he's a wimp. :)

Out of my bf and I, he's the boss. I think it would only work like this with him...I'd be much less submissive in other relationships. Out of my mum and dad...mum is definitely boss and everyone knows it. It works that way

Neither of us is the boss, we each have our strengths and weakness' and draw on that to make decisions.
Neither will make a major decision without the other's agreement, and neither controls the money.

the balance shifts back and forth, the trick is being flexible...we give n take
50-50 sometimes shifts to 40-60 either way...but we strike a nice level
so i guess we both wear pants

i think to keep your marriage working you need to both be the boss. there are certain things that I'm the boss of and certain things that he is the boss of so we are both satisfied

My husband leads in certain areas and I lead in others. I control the bedroom and the kitchen while he manages the bills. Together we manage our teen but my husband has the final say so.
