Yes, it's a county that doesn't sell alcohol/liquor. Quite a few in Kentucky.

Yes. It is no alcohol sold in that county but there is a dry county close to where I live that the biggest city in that county is wet so they have bars but the county is dry. How that happened, I have no clue.

It is a place where I hope I never live. For some reason the whole county doesn't sell beer or liquor on anyday.

it means the county can't sell alcohol. But, you can still consume alcohol.... just can't buy it. ps- we have the same avatar! =)

No bars or clubs where you can buy booze.
