i dont know if I have but im sure evry house has a few spirits in them, some just want be heard
The only things I know about spirits is in their presence it gets really cold, but in one place and if you stand their, it will slowly get warmer, and you can actually follow where it basically goes, some ghosts want to communicate so maybe by a oujia board (bad things have happend through these boards though)
Maybe lookup the history of your house, maybe it was built on a graveyard or stay in the house, get haunted a bit, then call a spirtual healer and phone discovery channel, tell them you want to be on A HAUNTING then your a star

I think I did. I dont know for sure. Twice. One was this cabin on the Elwah river. I took pics inside and in a few there is this haze in the top of the pictures. Looks like smoke, but there was noone smoking in the pics. And another was this trailer at the trailer park. I had a roomie and we both felt this. You could be laying in bed, and then all of a sudden, the creepiest feeling would come over you. Like something evil was in the house. I lived there first and had never mentioned it to her, and one night I knew that she had gone home, and I called and called and no answer. Finally she called me back and had told me she was hiding under her covers because she felt like something bad was in her room. This was a small 2 bedroom singlewide with nowhere for an intruder to hide so it wasnt a feeling like a person was in the house. And you didnt always feel it. You could go months, and then out of the blue, the hairs on you neck would go up and you just "knew" something was there. Spooky. The original owner was dead and I was the third owner of this trailer. I dont know if it was her, or if we were on top of some burial ground or what, but it had to be something.

Um, I don't really know if this house is haunted, but, it is an old civil war house and it had a bunch of slaves that died. PLus, my dads father died in this house. At night, it sounds like they are walking on our old wood floors. Plus, our attic is kind of scary at night, it sounds like ghosts in there. But, they are nice ghosts, lol! :-)

start by looking for something out of the ordinary, and see if it happens often in the same spot. Then set up a video camera to try to catch this occurrence. If you see it happening on tape, then go to that spot and think of anything normal that could cause it. Then incorporate things like evp's and emf's to validate.

I guess that would depend on your definition of "haunted". I currently live in a house that carries the residual energies of its former occupant who died here. I see the results of those energies on a daily basis, but I do not "see" her.
