Well, my husband and I are not trying to conceive right now. I am on birth control, and I take it religiously every night at 10:00. Anyway, a few nights ago, I woke up with terrible cramps in my stomach like it was that time of the month, but it wasn't and the cramps subsided. Well, now for the past 2 nights I have had waves of nausea. What is this??

It is time for a exam.
Could be a cyst..could be your dehydrated. (Bowel can cause cramps and nausea)

Could be a UTI, causing contractions. (cramps)
good luck

Pills can make nauseas, to me some made and also hard headach, still have sometimes, its horrible... so, can be that pill, check with doctor! bcs maybe your body is adjusting or it's not suitable to you... anyways can be that, or your stomach isn't going fine bcs other reason... also can be anxiety, to me make hurt and a lot of pains in my stomach...
Relax, wait some days and then if you dont get better, go to the doctor! good luck:)

could be nothing hun.. but if it puts your mind at rest take a preg test.. or wait until your period is due and then test - try not to stress too much though, or that may delay your period arriving.

if you are mid-cycle it could be ovulation pain too.

hope this helps! xxx

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN ON THE PILL? IT'S PROBALY A SIDE EFFECT. LOOK UP THE BRAND OF BC PILL YOU TAKE ON LINE AND CHECK OUT THE SIDE EFFECTS, OR CHECK IN THE BOX IT CAME IN AND READ UP ON IT.

GOOD LUCK
