Go to yahoo.com and download and install the program onto the new computer. Do not attempt to transfer it from the old one. Will not work. Log in with the same ID and password as the old computer and you should have your contacts, etc. They are stored at Yahoo, not on your computer.

you'd probably have to download it from the yahoo site, then run the program that installs it. it may ask you to create a shortcut, or you can create one later.
