It was during a game on May 31, 1996 where Belle decked Vina with a forearm, setting off a brawl. Belle was suspended for two games.

Fernando Vina....when the league suspended Belle for a pair of games, the union fought it, saying they had to protect thier members. Vina was a member and must have wondered if the union wanted to protect him at all.
