Some times, but not always. In some ppl you can tell they are completely clueless, even on their serious answers and/or questions. Obviously there is a lot that are hopelessly opinionated, but then you get those annoying ppl, who are completely and hopelessly clueless and try, see the word "try", they try to be opinionated. It just doesn't work. And that is where we get our idiots.
