I am looking for a carpet cleaner instruction manual and every time I click on "see manual" it pops up a different screen, but it stays blank. This is true for 3 different brands and websites.

You are probably missing the program needed to open the manuals. The most common file type used for manual is "pdf". Go to http://adobe.com and download the free Adobe Reader and then you will probably be able to open the manuals.

If you have Adobe and the screen is still remaining blank. see if you can download the manuals to your PC and then open them from there. That is often faster and more dependable then trying to open them from the web.

If, you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it may just take time for it to load, depending on your Internet speed.
Try one again and wait a minute and see what happen. After 30-60 seconds it should do something, if not, I not sure what you can try.
