Have you seen other teams use them?
(We do, and occasionally one or two other teams do but that's the most we ever see at our competitions.)

yes most of the times they do... but sometimes they dont.

it depends on what your competition is. i'm not a cheerleader anymore, but when i was, we liked it better when we didn't use poms because we were free with our hands in case we messed up. so if we did mess up, we could save it with a flip or smthin. good luck!

i used to be a cheerleader for school. (( the captain)) and when we competed we used poms all the time. almost every squad did. hope this helps

NO thats a whole other part of compeation, you eaither do it with or with out poms! Hope that helps!

no not always sometimes if the coach tell us or if we have a really good 3D design that we can do with it and have the ppl who are watching see it from a bird's eye view. But no often we don't
