Some people think they are hungry, when they are actually dehidrated. Do you drink plenty of water?
Also, are you bored after school? Do you come home and just watch TV or play video games? A lot of people can't stop eating when they are bored. Get out, do something...keep busy after school.
You probably need a snack after school and before dinner, so just grab a fruit and some water and get out, play some sports...have fun.

Probably stay out of the house, or any place that has food! You can go for a jog or stay after school for sports. Hang out with friends, keep busy enough not have spare time to eat extra. That should tie you over until dinner when you're suppose to eat anyway. Or, you may try a small snack after school and then rush off to stay busy.

there's lots of things you can do. first of all, drink lots of water. this helps you a lot coz it makes you feel full and it also cleanses all your system and gives you great skin. the next step would be fooling yourself. this is, whenever you're hungry, have some sugar-free gum or go brush your teeth. the gum will make your body believe you are chewing food when you really aren't and brushing your teeth makes you lose your appetite because, as you know, right after you eat you don't wanna eat anything because you know food will taste funny.
or you can always just do something else like play some video games, go outside, clean your room or stuff, anything that keeps your mind from thinking about food
also, i recommend you having 5 or 6 small meals a day, that way you wont feel like you're starving yourself. obviously, make sure you eat healthy stuff on each meal and small quantities. eat on small plates so you don't feel like you're feeding a bird

Did you ever think to just eat healthy snacks. After school snacks are hard to avoid. Try apples and peanutbutter, cerealy, a handful of nuts helps cut snack cravings. Also (I don't know your age, but if your in highschool its ok) have a little caffeine, it curves hunger. Maybe a nice glass of ice-tea.

drink lots of water! trsut me, substitue fruits for snacks, watermelon is good because not only is it tasty, but the excess water filsl you up baby.

if your not overweight then why worry you may just be growing. if you are overweight then are you depressed? if thats the case try filling your time with hobbies.
