id say you have a filter on you call your internet provider and they will tell you if they do there is no way you can et to ie without them removing it

After you have done a full virus scan--if it is still slow--download Mozilla Firefox and use it as your internet browser--I like it better than Win internet explorer---seems faster to me,and I havent had much luck with the one you are using myself.

Need more info. Does it just not open at all? Does it give you an error message? Could be that it is running, just that it is catching on something. Is your computer a bit sluggish? Try a defrag and/or closing some of the junk programs that are running in the background.

you dont have Windows Internet Explorer or it has been uninstalled
