Up until now, he has been bar none; however, I would also argue that the American public has been the most complacent group of enablers that have allowed this to occur. This business criminal Ahole administration has been allowed to get away with this criminal war/occupation because they were smart enough to not implement a draft. Americans are not worrying about being drafted so they do not have to worry about what goes on “over there”. If there was a draft implemented, this thing would have been over a long time ago. Everyone nowadays is too busy watching "The Sopranos" or whatever latest abomination that will come out of Hollywood to replace that one. The public has allowed themselves to be "dumbed down" by the media including the "lapdog" press that doesn't report anything real. If Paris Hilton has to tell the press that they are not doing their jobs- you know we are screwed!!
Further, as long as the following continues to occur, we will continue to have one horrible president after another:
1. Non-publicly funded elections,
2. Non-paper/hand counted ballot elections,
3. Privately held "news:" This should not be allowed to be called “news” unless there are very strict guidelines to include: fair and accurate reporting that is strictly overlooked by a neutral 3rd party. Also, the news department should not be a “revenue center" for any organization, it should be the "public service" portion of the network that it once was! (I could go on and on here.)
But for the here and now, this president (or shall we call him governor since he stole the elections) is by far the worst ever. I sincerely had health problems due to stress related symptoms from dealing with this piece of shiznit.
Also, he is a murdering bastard that has eclipsed the number of murders that Hussein had under his belt, particularly once you add in the number of people he has, and continues to kill by mandating into his AIDS funding bills the caveat that condom use education is not allowed to be taught. So, in poor countries that we are offering AIDS/HIV drugs and funding to, the president mandated the countries to sign the "Christian" way of teaching sex education: no condom education. Instead to take care of his Christian conservative base he implemented abstinence only education. This part of that legislation is killing thousands if not millions of people everyday. I am real sure Jesus would be real proud!!

No.
He had to have done more bad than good.
I think that both parties will agree that Carter was the worst president of all time. Clinton is somewhere in the top ten of worst.
Reagan and Bush II are in the top ten of best.

No, but he's a close 2nd to James Buchanan. The list of reasons would take days to enumerate, but lets start with the worst. He has led us to the brink of an incredible constitutional crisis, that being the power of the executive pursuant to Article 2 of the Constitution. His use of signing statements, claims of executive privilege, suspension of constitutional guarantees to citizens, holding "enemy combatants" without recourse to judicial determination that those detained are actually "enemy combatants".

Add to that torture, Katrina, the war in Iraq (with all of its various errors, misconceptions, misunderstanding and bloodshed), and the budget deficit. I can't think of one positive accomplishment for this administration.

Absolutely he will. First off he is a liar and corrupt. He shoved his way into office on a crooked election. He lied to get us into this horrific war in Iraq. He lies continually. He rides roughshod above the wishes of the American people. The sooner he leaves office, the better for the USA. He has made us the most hated nation since Nazi Germany.

He doesn't need to "go down" as the worst president in history. He already is. Made millions for his corporate special interests in the military industrial complex with the blood of our men and women. Sold the most absurd policy to the American people and the religious mental slaves. Sadly, those from the "greatest generation", all these years later will also be considered the worst generation in history because they supported him above all others.

He will in the minds of Americans who know him best but he won't in the history books because the publishers are a bunch of right wingers.
