Nobody has any idea what people do in private, but be serious - no person running for ANY office, let alone President, is going to publicly get involved with a local legal debacle. The Duke case is just one more example of people rushing to judgement, based on incomplete and/or erroneous information. Look where this M.O. got us in Iraq. When will people learn?!?
