Not if you accept the Bible's version of creation. If you don't, then they most likely did, as they wouldn't have been the first humans to exist. The belly button is a result of the umbilical cord.

Hehe. Funny question. I don't think so. If you believe they were god's creation. Also in the evolution sense they wouldn't have an imbilical cord or whatever.
