hi i am from dallas, tx i am planning my honeymoon for next year, ideally I would like to be in Europe, 2 weeks… visit italy, go to Venice and rome, and then head to Greece kefalonia.

Does anyone have suggestions on flight, and how to get around, especially from italy to Greece?

And what would be the cheapest way of doing this process….

Ferry is definitely the cheapest and enjoyable way. However I will recommend you to go to Santorini. It is amazing and, personally, if i were planning my own honeymoon, i would definitely go there.
Here's a link for you to have more information about it.

If you are going to Kefalonia, which is in the Ionian sea (west part of Greece), you could take a ferry from Brindisi or Ancona to Igoumenitsa, instead of flying from Rome to Athens.

I would suggest you since i go to Italy 3 times per year.
Try with Alitalia which has very good prices

www.aegeanairlines.com
www.olympicairlines.com
The problem with the etickets of aegean is that you have to take them directly, and there is no way to cancel or to change, same with Alitalia.
Also Greece is conected with many oitalian cities by Air One.
The other option?
Brindisi, Amcona, Patra, and then Kefalonia immediately. It is closed, and you do it by boat.
In this case you take superfast ferries...
