49cc Engine Cylinder?

Ok, I have a 49cc Engine. The inside of the Cylinder and Piston is Dusted. Will any 49cc cylinder head work with any engine, or are they proprietary?

You most likely need the same head. True, there may be others that will work and have the same bolt pattern, but, trying to know would be hard to do. Also, you need to be sure a different head have the proper clearance so the piston not hit the spark plug.
