Most places are around 65F-18C during the summer, but some can keep the air conditioner blasting and be around 50F-10C... If I have to wear pants, long sleeves, heavy shoes and a jumper- then isn't it way too freaking cold?
Yeah... my building is 50 degrees in the summer, which is about a forty degree diff. from outside. People are constantly getting sick...

They do that a lot in department stores and I think they do it just so people can laugh at me. Whenever I go to the dressing room to try something on and take off my clothes, I swear I can hear snickers. For some reason this causes me to look at the video camera and then look down and then I can see why they're laughing. It's bad enough getting out of a cold lake after a swim, but when it's 50 degree air, a flea would laugh at me. One time the cold temperatures came in handy when the department store I was in caught on fire. My nipples were so hard that I was able to use them to cut a hole in the glass and help others to escape. The cold temperature, and my nipples, saved 62 lives that day.
