Assuming it is properly installed now and you are connecting it back up to the same computer then No, just plug it back in and it should work fine.

No. The printer does not know it's in a new location. All it knows is it was unplugged and then plugged n again.

You should not have to reinsatll the printer. Unplugging it will not change the set up information stored on the computer. As look as the printer cable is reattached the same as before you moved it, you should not have to reinstall.

No, your PC will recognise the printer once you reconnect it up. Just make sure on your control panel that you have the printer set as the default printer.
