The number of words with ou "in the middle" is enormous.... 3, 000 or more if you run searches as "morewords.com"
Of course, if you eliminate all the variations on one word, i.e., forms based on the same word (e.g., mouth, mouths, mouthed, mouthing, mouthy) you could cut out quite a few, but that would still leave a long list.
