Chicken pox. and yes. Never scratch them!
You can also get them as an adult if you have never had them. Not just as a kid.

i got them twice - once when i was 14 - a very mild case just on top of my foot - then again when i was 17 - full blown case -and i missed my junior prom. they were horrible!!!
