How to add a business card as a signature for all outgoing mails in the outlook?

I understand that we can add simple text signatures. But i would like to add a signature which is as a business card in the format of GIF .

Please explain in step by step format as that will be very much appreciated.

Another question what is the meaning of Gforce and also, I would like to know what are the best websites for IT and computer stuffs to be learnt

To add a picture to the signature, just create the signature in Word:
