Is it normal to have dents on the floor of the pool from where people stepped on? Because in my pool at night when the lights of the pool turn on you can see all these dents from people walking on it and it looks ugly. The pool was finished about a month and a week ago. I was just wondering if other people have dents on the floor of theyre pool too..

Most pools have vinyl liners with sand under the bottom. It sounds like yours was not packed down enough before the pool liner was installed. You will still get some dimpling but it should be minimal.

Cement is what is in the concrete pool that makes it hard. You have a liner that is on the bottom of the pool and under that should be sand and dirt. Dents are made when people jump up and down and play around a lot and are totally normal. If you do not want that, you will need to go with a concrete pool.

No one has cement pools (would be too dusty), but many have concrete ones! ;-) ~
