In relationships? If there is good reason but other than that, I'm pretty mellow. If I trust him and we're in love, it'll be ok. If not, good to get rid of him. Let him look at other women, I look at other men. Just don't embarrass me by letting everyone else know you're checking out other girls and we're ok.
Otherwise? Not really.... I can be envious.. I see that as jealousy without bitterness. I might look at someone who seems better than me in some way and feel a little bitter but then i think it's really bitterness about my feelings of inadequacy.. not about this person who I might not even know. They can't help being special in some way so I don't like to think I hold it against them.
But if someone ruthlessly takes something from me and prospers, hell yeah i'm bitter and jealous. But I try not to think about it if I can help it and just forget they even exist.

It rather relies upon on the situation. that is style of stupid to be jealous of something possible substitute, i.e.: obese human beings being jealous of thin human beings, destructive human beings being jealous of wealthy human beings..... yet whilst it includes something like busting your **** at a activity to pass up the ladder and somebody off the line coming in and taking the merchandising, then sure, i'm jealous. And spiteful. AND indignant. =)

Yes, sadly, I always think bad about people and jump to conclusions about them, I hate that about me. That is the biggest flaw about me.
