i just want to know the ending...

It hasn't ended yet. The last manga in Japanese that I picked up was volume 57 (v.58 is to be released in July). The story is still pretty much the same, just with new and different mysteries to solve.
I don't believe that Conan will ever get cured -- for the same reason that Gilligan won't get rescued from the island: It permanently ends the story (no sequels of any interest, no further movies, etc.). As long as the series is popular, why kill it? And if the series becomes unpopular, it will sort of fizzle out on its own.
There are plenty of anime series where the characters change, and the series actually *goes* somewhere, and it has a definite ending. However, 名探偵コナン isn't one of those types of series. It's more or less a vehicle for interesting mysteries.

has not ended yet. i think the 486 episode came out today but i'm not sure. also, the eleventh movie came out in japan in april. judging by the latest episode and all the loose ends that have yet to be tied, i'm guessing it will be at least another year till the series ends. to be honest, it could go on forever and i could care less. in my opinion, it is absolutely the best anime ever. hope this helps. >)

no one know the ending yet except Aoyama Gosho
the series is still ongoing in Japan, the latest anime episode is 475 (and just changed to new opening, it the 20th)
the latest manga file is 612 (recently in file 599-609 is a reallly interesting case with FBI, CIA Vs the Black Organization).........but still no signs of ending.........

no.. it's still ongoing.. you can get the latest chapter at conan.wagnergrp.com
and it doesn't go any further than that.. they're up to date with japan's weekly chapters..
i know ur pain my friend.. i've been waiting for the series to end too.. as much as i luv it, i can't wait til it actually ends.. but from looking at the latest chapters, it's not gonna end anytime soon..

he had a very hard case, so he spent lots of power in it so he got sick and his cells started to acure it selves by creat an antibody.. every one thought he's dead coz of his illness then his body back again to the real age as (senshi codo)
every one was amazed for that , he told RAN about his story with those balck guys and DOC -Agatha get the antibody from senshi's blood and acure HAIBRA-I .
RAN & SENSHI married and have a boy called CONAN.
DOC-AGTHA married HABRA-I.
