Submit a request through the proper channels (supervisor, manager, network administrator etc..) to allow access to the website(s), with an explanation why you are requesting access.

You could use a proxy site, but be aware that if you do, you are violating your company's internet usage agreement. Once that is violated, you can (and probably will) be punished or fired.
