Best internet accelerator is a faster internet connection.
"Web accelerators" rarely perform anything like how they claim
Most will also only work on certain TYPES of webpage, if it has a large qty of highly compressed images, the accelerator cannot compress it more.

DSL is relatively fast, and inexpensive. Web Accelerators will not do much, and are rip-offs. You should see if you can get Yahoo/Verizon or Yahoo/MSN or whatever internet from yahoo.com It only costs $15 a month, and you get speeds 10x of dialup, and a connection that is always on.
