but problem is I can't do this in my country,..
I want to go to London...
and I don't know any schools...
and my school which I learn don't even learn language (it is my hobby only)

You can apply to the board of the test direct. For example, if you are sitting the Cambridge certificate, you apply to the Cambridge proficiency test board....

If you are really serious about taking the test, contact your local school district and ask them this question. However, if you do so, I strongly suggest you trash expressions like "crap" and "chicken dance" while you're speaking w/them.
