I always wanted to go to a laundromat that didn't have fluorescent lights. They make everything look nasty.

know your washers and dryers inside out in case they break... also plumbing in case you can't get ahold of anyone... Also know your competition, if any, and know the numbers for your products, soap, fabric softener sheets, etc...

Also do inventory and money counting on a daily basis to avoid theft.... Get insurance to avoid any major losses
