Their is software that can help you,However you need to be knowledgeable in data recovery and know what not to do first,
or you may fix it to where no one can get the data even me

Try a "data recovery program"
leave HDD disconnected till yuo find something and install it, if you write to the disc at all data will be lost.
"Recover My Files" is a great program and can unformat usually, but not free. So depends if your data has value to you.
Try a search of www.download.com for other alternatives though

Pradeep, you can try to use some recovery tools available from http://www.iolo.com or http://www.pctools.com .. but the chances to recover data from a formatted disc is very rare.

if it was completely formatted, then i am afraid that you are SOL. formatting erases all data and there is not much you can do about it.
