My wife was a week late on her period, took the pregnancy test and it came up that she was pregnant, but this morning she said she has started spotting and thinks its getting heavier, is there something wrong? She was on her feet alot yesterday if that might have something to do with it.

She is getting to the Dr today, as long as the referal goes through for today. Thanks for all the info, helps alot, cross your fingers

that wont have caused it but there isnt anything you can do at this stage if she is misscarrying,but she may not be it might just be her hormones

Take her to the doctor immediatly. It is rare that a pregnancy test gives a false positive. She may have over done it yesterday. Spotting this early on can be a bad sign. Get her to the OBGYN and make her rest until you get there.

Some spotting is normal. However if it is getting heavier she needs to go to the ER just to make sure.

Some women spot & its ok but i'm sorry & i hope i'm wrong but it could be a miscarage. Go to your doctor your wife should have another blood test. This happened to my bestfriend twice. I really hope i'm wrong

spotting early in pregnancy is nothing to worry about unless there is clots in the blood and/or it is accompanied by cramps. take her to the Dr anyway though, just to be safe

well that could be a problem... could lead to a miscarriage.. but it could just be implantation bleeding..
we arent dr's here so i would suggest calling a dr or going straight to the emergency...
my friend found out she was pregnant and was bleeding and she went to the emergency and they checked her out pretty quickly... everything was fine thank god!..

yes, have her go to the doctor right away that is a signal for muscarriage
