It's highly unlikely that an intelligent organism ever lived on Mars. It's possible that it was once capable of supporting life, with things such as a thicker atmosphere and liquid water, but the life that evolved there would have been very basic (lichen and bacteria).

Inhabitable means 'possible to inhabit', so the Earth already IS inhabitable! Maybe you meant to say 'uninhabitable'? Anyway, there's no reason humans could not survive on Mars with enough of the right technology. Ice from Mars's polar caps or from under the surface could be melted down for drinking water and for irrigating crops, which could be grown in sealed greenhouses or in hydroponics facilities. With enough tools, humans could mine Mars's surface for materials and take care of the maintenance of their own hardware, allowing for a completely self-sustaining colony. There are some technical hurdles to be crossed before we actually have all the technology to make this work, but advances in materials, robotics and nanotechnology will probably help us get there within a few decades.

Anyone who knows anything about Mars will NOT tell you that humans ever lived there. There has been some speculation among scientists that Mars may have once had life on it, but if it was ever there at all it was very simple life. And even that is mainly because it looks like Mars may have once been very much like earth, not because we've actually found life there. And there has certainly never been evidence that anything complex enough to have its' own culture and civilization has ever lived there.

Close, but no Phobos(bad mars pun)
Mars is beleived to have had liquid water on the surface, but there is no evisece of a sentient life form(cities, ruins). That's not to say that before the atmosphere was wiped from the planet that smalle life forms did not live, just that we have not found fosill evidence.

In short, no.
Humans are a species indigenous to Earth. There is an abundance of evidence in both the fossil and genetic record to support this fact. We were not brought here by an Aryan super-race from the Pleiades, mutoids from the 5th dimension or anyone else. We were not genetically engineered by anyone, other than by evolution and nature itself.

is it really that human was live in mars once? wow...you need help with your grammar.
no, we did not, mars has nearly no oxygen if any oxygen at all. and the main reason why we are alive is because of oxygen. not to mentio mars's lack of atmosphere and its temp. would kill any life that we would put on mars which would meant the other way would be impossible too.

There is no evidence that any sentient being has ever lived on Mars; for that matter, there is no evidence that anything larger than a microorganism has made Mars its home.

It's highly unlikely but it is possible since there is signs of water once being there
